Day 1: Welcome at Bangkok Airport, Transfer to the hotel
Welcome to take this Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia tour package! This will offer you a great chance to appreciate the beauty of Southeast Asia and learn about its history and culture. Upon your arrival at the Bangkok airport, your professional guide and driver will pick you up at the exit on time and then escort you to check in the well-selected hotel. For the rest time, you may either have a break in the hotel to adjust to jet lag or take a short walk around the hotel on your own to feel the charm of this city.
Your vacation will start officially today. After breakfast, we will head to Wat Pho, the oldest temple in Bangkok, where you can see Thailand's largest reclining Buddha. Then we will walk to the Grand Palace, which is the best preserved and largest one among all Thailand royal palaces. The magnificent buildings inside will make you have a better understanding of the ancient Thai royal court and culture. Afterwards, we will head to Wat Phra Kaew, which is famous for three national treasures inside, the Jade Buddha, Reclining Buddha and Golden Buddha.
After lunch, we will first take a boat to Klong Bang Luang, which is a unique art center surrounded by water. En route, stop at the famous century-old artist house, Baan Silapin, where you could see as many as 21 artists' works. Here, you will also have a chance to watch a traditional Thai puppet performance. The final destination today will be Wat Arun, also known as the Temple of Dawn as well as the Eiffel Tower in Thailand. Afterwards, you will be transferred back to the hotel.
Day 3: Bangkok day trip to Damnoen Saduak floating market
Your guide will pick you up early in the morning today. First we will visit the Damnoen Saduak Floating Market, which is located southwest of Bangkok with a history over 100 years. After driving for around 1.5 hours, we will arrive and you will change to a small boat to tour around. The local people who live near the water still preserve the unique way of life and sell flowers, fruits, handicrafts, and traditional snacks enthusiastically on boat. When sailing on the river, you will truely experience the local life. Then we will go to visit a local house and learn how to make coconut candies. Afterwards, return to the downtown area to visit Jim Thompson's House, a Thai silk exclusive shop that also serves as the Thai Silk Museum. Finally, your guide will escort you back to the hotel and you can have a good rest.
Day 4: Drive 1.5h to Ayutthaya, Visit Bang Pa-In Summer Palace
After breakfast, we will set out for Ayutthaya, which is the ancient capital of Thailand and a good place to learn about Thai culture and history. On the way, stop at Bang Pa-In Summer Palace, where you could admire three architectural styles of Chinese, Burmese and Gothic. The highlights in the Ayutthaya include Wat Yai Chai Mongkhon, Wihan Phra Mongkhon Bophit, Wat Phra Si Sanphet, Wat Mahathat, and Wat Na Phra Mane. Wat Yai Chai Mongkhon is a Buddhist temple built by the first emperor of Ayutthaya Kingdom in 1357. Wihan Phra Mongkhon Bophit is famous for a 670-inch bronze Buddha statue which is one of the largest bronze Buddha statues in Thailand. Wat Phra Si Sanphet was built in 1419 and known as the "Second Angkor Wat" due to its exquisite architecture. Wat Mahathat, established in the early 13th century, is one of the oldest temples in Ayutthaya. Wat Na Phra Mane is noted for the Buddha head in tree roots, which lies on the entrance of the temple.
Day 5: Fly 1h to Siem Reap, Explore the Old Market
Today, your Bangkok guide will escort you to the airport for your flight to Siem Reap, Cambodia. Upon arrival, you will be warmly welcomed and then transferred to the well selected hotel by your Siem Reap local guide and driver. After some rest, you could explore the nearby Old Market by yourself. The Old Market is about a 20-minute walk from your hotel. In the market, you can find Cambodian clothing, accessories, as well as various handicrafts. When you're tired, you can also head to the nearby pub street to have a drink or the Night Market to taste the local snacks.

Day 6: Siem Reap day tour with Angkor Wat
The wonderful day will begin with Angkor Thom, the capital of Khmer Empire (802 - 1431) as well as the essence of Angkor civilization. There are a lot of magnificent buildings inside, such as the Bayon Temple, the Baphuon Temple and the Terrace of Elephants. The Bayon Temple, lying at the heart of Angkor Thom, has 49 pagodas. There are numerous stone faces inside, serene and smiling. The Baphuon Temple was built in the 11th century and dedicated to the God Shiva of Hinduism. The Terrace of Elephants is a part of the walls of Angkor Thom. Then the next stop will be Phnom Bakheng, which was built at the end of the 9th century. Nowadays, it has become a popular spot for sunset view. Weather permitting, you will enjoy the sunset here. Afterwards, before going back to the hotel, an Apsara Dinner Show will be arranged for you.

Day 7: Siem Reap full day sightseeing with Banteay Srei
If it is sunny today, a visit to Angkor Wat for the sunrise will be arranged. Then return to the hotel to have breakfast and afterwards, we will dirve to the Banteay Srei Temple. On the way there, we will pass by some local villages and observe the local lifestyle. Upon arrival, you will visit this temple under the company of your guide. Known as the diamond of Angkor art, it is one of the most important buildings in the Angkor relics and is famous for its bright colors and exquisite reliefs.
After lunch, we will go to visit the Ta Prohm Temple, which is surrounded by dense trees. The famous movie Tomb Raider was filmed here, adding an air of mystery to the temple. Today's last stop will be the Takeo Temple, which is the first sandstone construction during the Khmer period. Afterwards, you will be escorted back to the hotel.

Day 8: Boat trip on Tonle Sap Lake, Fly 1.5h to Ho Chi Minh City
This morning we will cruise on the largest freshwater lake in Southeast Asia – the Tonle Sap Lake, and visit a floating village, where locals live in the boats or houses built on the water. Then the Cambodia tour will end here and your guide will escort you to the airport to board the flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival, your Vietnam guide will greet you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel. The remaining day will be free for you. You may either rest at the hotel or walk around.

Day 9: Ho Chi Minh City highlights with the Cu Chi Tunnel
After breakfast today, we will drive for around 1.5 hours to the Cu Chi Tunnel, which is one of the three largest relics in Ho Chi Minh City, playing a vital role in the Vietnam War. The Cu Chi Tunnel is more than 200 kilometers (124 miles) long and has three storeys in total. Your guide will escort you to go inside and you will see different areas, such as arsenal, hospital, dormitory and kitchen.Lunch will be arranged at a local restaurant and you could taste the authentic Vietnam flavor.
In the afternoon, we will visit some famous attractions in the downtown area, including the War Remnants Museum, the Reunification Palace, the Notre-Dame Cathedral Basilica of Saigon, and the Central Post Office. These places will help you better understand the history and culture of Vietnam. Afterwards, we will conclude today's tour with the Dong Khoi Street, a good place for shopping.

Day 10: Drive 2h to Ben Tre, Enjoy a boat trip on Mekong Delta
In the morning, we will drive 2 hours to Ben Tre and then board a cruise on the Ham Luong River. While sailing, in addition to the breathtaking natural scenery, you will also see locals trading and exchanging various kinds of goods on board, which is a unique local market culture. Midway through, we will stop to visit a local traditional brick workshop, a coconut factory and an orchard. Besides, we will also stop to visit a small village. Upon landing, your guide will take you to pay a visit to a local farmer's home and then enjoy the countryside beauty by "Xe Loi" or bicycle. After lunch, come back to the cruise and you can continue to enjoy the beautiful natural scenery. Then we will get off at Ben Tre and your guide will escort you back to the hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 11: Fly 1.5h to Da Nang, Transfer 45mins to Hoi An, Hoi An Old Town visit
After breakfast, your guide and driver will escort you to the airport for a short flight to Da Nang. Upon arrival, your Da Nang local guide will directly take you to the Hoi An Old Town to visit some famous and traditional key sites, including the Chua Ong Pagoda, the Chinese Assembly Hall, the Tan Ky Ancestral House, and the Japanese Bridge. The Chua Ong Pagoda, built in 1653, is a typical Chinese-style temple. The Chinese Assembly Hall is an important gathering place for overseas Chinese, where you can enjoy some magnificent sculptures. The Tan Ky Ancestral House, the oldest house in Hoi An, combines the architectural styles of Japanese, Chinese, and Vietnamese. The Japanese Bridge is an important testimony of culture exchange among Japan, China, and Vietnam. To conclude the day, a short boat trip on the Bon River will be arranged for you. Afterwards, you will be accompanied to check in at the hotel and you can have a good rest.

Day 12: Drive 3.5h to Hue, Hue day tour with Royal Palace
In the morning, we will drive to Hue in 3.5 hours' ride. En route, we will have a short stop-over at Hai Van Pass where you can see the long and beautiful coastline as well as the blockhouse built by Vietnamese Army. Upon arrival in Hue, your guide will help you to check in at the hotel and recommend some nice restaurants where you could enjoy lunch on your own.
In the afternoon, we will proceed to the Imperial City, the Hue Royal Palace and the Tomb of Tu Duc, which are key attractions of Hue. The Imperial City is the largest traditional architecture complex in Vietnam and is inscribed on the World Heritage List in 1993. The Hue Royal Palace was the residence for royal family of Nguyen Dynasty (1802-1945). The Tomb of Tu Duc looks like a big park rather than a tomb, divided into a temple area and a tomb area. It was built by 3,000 workers, and took 22 years to complete. Today's journey will end at the Dong Ba Market, where you can buy some satisfactory souvenirs.

Day 13: Dragon Boat Ride to the Thien Mu Pagoda, Fly 1h15mins to Hanoi
In the morning, we will cruise along the Perfume River to reach the 400-year-old Thien Mu Pagoda, which is an ancient palace style architecture with more than 10 magnificent buildings. Afterwards, you will be taken to the airport for a short flight to Hanoi. On arrival, your guide and driver will pick you up at the exit and accompany you to the well-selected hotel.

Day 14: Hanoi highlights with Ho Chi Minh Complex
The first stop of Hanoi will be the Ba Dinh Square, where locals usually hold ceremonies and celebrate festivals. Then walk to the east of the square to visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Complex, Ho Chi Minh's Stilt House, and the Presidential Palace, through which you will have a better understanding of Ho Chi Minh, the father of Vietnam. The following site will be the One Pillar Pagoda, one of the most unique monuments in Vietnam and then the Temple of Literature, a Chinese and Vietnamese style architecture.
In the afternoon, you will have a cycle trip around the Hoan Kiem Lake, where you can spend a leisure time like the locals. The last stop today will be the Old Quarter, also named the 36 Streets, where every street sells only one kind of goods, such as toys, clothes, and leather.

Day 15: Drive 3h to Halong Bay, Halong Bay Cruise
Today, we will drive 3 hours to Halong Bay, which was listed as one of the world's new seven natural wonders by UNESCO in 2011. Upon arrival, board the Signature Cruise to enjoy the beautiful landscape of Halong Bay and then enjoy today's lunch on the cruise.
In the afternoon, go ashore to visit one of the three karst caves of Halong Bay, namely Thien Cung, Dau Go or Sung Sot. For the rest of the day you can either lie on the cruise to enjoy the scenery or take optional activities like kayaking, diving, and swimming. Tonight, you will stay on the cruise ship.

Day 16: Halong Bay Cruise, Transfer back to Hanoi
This morning you can practice Tai Chi or enjoy the sunrise if can wake up early. Then enjoy morning tea or coffee on the sundeck and afterwards, a visit to the nearby islands by a small boat will be arranged. After finishing the visit, return to the cruise ship and have brunch. On the way back to the wharf of Halong Bay, you may take the time to discover more charming sceneries. Upon arrival, your driver will take you back to the hotel in Hanoi. The remaining time is up to you.
