First, we will drive to Basilica de San Francisco which is a spectacular Catholic church located in the city center. This centuries-old church was firstly built even earlier than La Paz city and it combines both the Spanish and local architectural styles. Then we will go to visit Museo de Metales Preciosos, a unique metal museum, which collects a lot of Pre-Colombian metals. Next, stroll around the Plaza Murillo, to enjoy a scene of locals' life and a 3-meter (9.8 ft.) high grand statue. After appreciating Palacio de Gobierno, the presidential house of Bolivia from outside, we will continue to Mirador Killi Killi to enjoy a panoramic city view. This morning we will drive to coastal Copacabana town, which will take 3-3.5 hours. On the way, we need to transfer to a motorboat to sail through the Tiquina Strait for 20 minutes. After arrival, continue to take a speed boat for about 50 minutes to Isla del Sol. Then disembark and have lunch. In the afternoon, we will head forward to the Pilko Kaina Inca Palace. The complex ruin is said to have been built by the Incan emperor, Tupacinca Yupanqui. After the visit, walk to check-in a hotel on the island.

Today we will drive 3-3.5 hours to Potosi. This is one of the highest cities in the world at an elevation of 4,050 meters (13,290 ft.). After checking in the hotel, we will walk to sightsee at the main square. The 10 de Noviembre Square in the heart of the city, about 1 km (0.6 mi) from the hotel, is full of colonial-era buildings. First, we will visit the Cathedral Basilica of Our Lady of Peace, composed of a large church and a smaller one, with a typical Baroque and neoclassic style. Walking through the square, you can also see the two large standing bell towers and gorgeous arches, along with some religious statues. Afterward, we will visit Casa Nacional de Moneda, also known as the National Mint. Here you can not only learn about the coin making history but also appreciate Potosi's historical weapons and archaeology.

Today's itinerary will unveil Cerro Rico for you, the mountain near Potosi, only 30 minutes' car ride away.
