Day 1: Arrival in San Jose, Airport pick-up
After getting off the plane and clearing customs, you will find our local driver waiting for you at the arrival hall of Juan Santamaría International Airport. Then he will transfer you to the hotel. You may have a rest in the hotel for the remaining time of the day or explore the scenic spots in downtown area on your own, such as Parque La Sabana Garden and San Jose Central Market. Day 2: Transfer from San Jose to Tortuguero & Tortuguero town tour
In the early morning, the driver will pick you up and drive 1.5 hours eastward to go through Braulio Carrillo National Park and reach Guapiles region. At around 8:00 am, we will stop for breakfast on the way. After breakfast, the shared bus of the lodge will pick up you to drive around 1.5 hours and then take a boat around 1.5 hours to arrive at Tortuguero on the Caribbean coast.The whole journey is 135 kilometers (84 miles). After lunch, follow the guide to visit the Botanical Garden in group. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 3: Group Tour to the Tortuguero Canals & town
In the morning, we will take a boat tour along the canal in Tortuguero National Park. We may see monkeys, herons, egrets, toucans and other wild animals. This is the best way to visit the park. In the afternoon, follow the guide to take a 2-hour tour to the town of Tortuguero. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 4: Transfer from Tortuguero to La Fortuna
Today our tour will proceed to La Fortuna where we will visit one of the world's most active volcanos - Arenal Volcano. You will take a boat and then bus to Guapiles region first. Your private driver will pick up you and transfer to La Fortuna in 3.5 hours. The whole journey is 210 kilometers (130 miles). After checking in at the hotel, you can arrange the rest time as you like. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

Day 5: Full day to visit Hanging Bridge, Arenal Volcano & Tabacon Hot Spring
In the morning, follow the driver guide to go through the pathway for a Hanging Bridge tour in Mistico Arenal Hanging Bridge Park, where you will look for varieties of wild animals and plants. Later, drive to La Fortuna to go sightsee the waterfall. In the afternoon, we will head to Arenal Volcano National Park. You will first tour the Arenal Volcano at an altitude of 1,633 meters (5,357 feet), which is the most well-known active volcano in Costa Rica. The lava flows consistently for years. Afterwards, explore Arenal 1968 Trail and then enjoy a comfortable bath in Tabacon Hot Spring. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

Day 6: Don Juan Coffee and Chocolate Tour, Transfer from La Fortuna to Monteverde
In the morning, you will follow the driver guide to take a Don Juan Coffee and Chocolate Tour to learn the working process of coffee and chocolate, and you will have a taste. After that, you will set out by jeep-boat-jeep with driver to Monteverde which is 60 kilometers (37 miles) away. First, drive to harbor in Arenal Lake and take a boat to the port on the opposite in 45 minutes. And then we will transfer to a jeep heading to Monteverde for check-in. During the 3-hour journey, you can appreciate the tropical scenery along the way. Meals: Breakfast

Day 7: Hiking tour at Cloud Forest & Night tour
In the morning, you will be led to experience a hiking tour to appreciate the fascinating scenery of Cloud Forest for around 4 hours. The afternoon is free for you to explore the nearby places on your own. At dusk, enjoy the amazing sunset and take a night tour to look for the nocturnal animals. Meals: Breakfast

Day 8: Transfer from Monteverde to Manuel Antonio, Crocodile Boat Tour
After breakfast, we will transfer to Manuel Antonio in Quepos with driver. The trip is 190 kilometers (118 miles) and takes about 4 hours. In midway, we will have a Crocodile Boat Tour at Tarcoles River. After reaching Manuel Antonio, check in at the hotel and have a rest. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

Day 9: Visit Manuel Antonio National Park & Free time on the beach
Today we will visit the Manuel Antonio National Park. It is the smallest but the most spectacular garden in Costa Rica which was built in 1972 to protect the diversity of creatures in the area. So in the journey, you may see the sloths, iguanas, squirrel monkeys, etc. After getting back, enjoy the rest time of the day to relax at the beach. Meals: Breakfast

Day 10: Transfer from Manuel Antonio back to San Jose
Check out hotel at 11:00 and then the driver will pick you up and drive back to San Jose. It is a 160 kilometers (100 miles) journey and takes about 4 hours. Meals: Breakfast

Day 11: Departure from San Jose, Airport see-off
