Things needed for e-visa Egypt application
1. A scanned copy of the bio-info page of the applicant’s passport. The passport should be valid for not less than 6 months from the intended date of entry into Egypt.
2. A valid debit or credit card to be used for making the corresponding online payment.
3. A valid email address for receiving the e-visa.
Apply for an e-Visa Egypt in 8 easy steps
1. Google Visa2Egypt, the official website responsible for handing Egypt e-visa applications. If you google “Egypt E-visa”, you may find many websites that are also engaged in this matter, but they are not official and may charge extra. Please be careful not to be scammed.
2. Create an account on the official website by inputting your name and an up-to-date email address.
3. Click “Apply Now” button to start your e-visa application.
4. Fill in the online application form by inputting some personal information concerning your travel, personal name, marital status, occupation, family, passport details, nationality, travel history to Egypt, etc. At the bottom of the second page, upload a scanned copy of the information page of your passport. 5. Pay for the e-visa online using a Visa card, MasterCard or other cards. After you make the payment successfully, you will receive a confirmation email.
6. Wait for your visa approval and check your email box to see whether you have got the Electronic Travel Authorization.
7. Download the attached PDF in the email, and print it.
8. Present your printed copy of the e-visa to the immigration officer at the border of entry.
