Arrival Note: When your flight arrives the Kathmandu Airport, our guide will meet you at the arrival hall and then invite you on our private car with chauffeur for a smooth transfer to the hotel.
After check-in and a short rest, the guide will lead you to visit the Buddhist Swayambhunath Stupa, aka Monkey Temple, to have a panoramic view of the charming Kathmandu Valley.

Day 2: Kathmandu Valley Tour with Pashupatinath Temple
Sightseeing Activities: This morning, we will go to the Durbar Square to admire the dense heritage buildings of royal palaces and sacred temples. After lunch, the guide will take you to the Pashupatinath Temple, one of the most important Hindu temples in Nepal, and the world’s largest round pagoda – Boudhanath Stupa to have a look. Day 3: Kathmandu sightseeing to Bhaktapur & Patan
Sightseeing Activities: Today, we will drive to Bhaktapur City in the east corner of the Kathmandu Valley. Upon arrival, our guide will lead you to visit the old palaces and temples at the Durbar Square and the distinctive Dattatreya Temple. Later, we will head to the Patan Durbar Square which is an open air museum of archaic buildings, and then spend some time in the glorious Golden Temple. Finally, the guide and the driver will escort you back to Kathmandu.

Day 4: Fly from Kathmandu to Pokhara; Phewa Lake boat trip
In the morning, our driver will transfer you to the Kathmandu Airport for a flight to Pokhara. After landing, our local guide will pick you up and escort you to the hotel.
Sightseeing Activities: After a short break, the guide will lead you to explore Pokhara. A relaxing boat trip will be arranged for you on the picturesque Phewa Lake, which is considered the most attractive holiday resort in Pokhara. Afterwards, we will visit the peaceful Barahi Temple on a small island.

Day 5: Pokhara highlights with Sarangkot sunrise
Sightseeing Activities: Watching the spectacular sunrise at Sarangkot would be a nice start of this Pokhara day trip. Later, we will visit the Bindabasini Temple and the World Peace Pagoda. Next, the guide will take you to admire the roaring spray of the Devi’s Falls and the mysterious Mahadev Cave. Late in the afternoon, let’s have an informative tour of the Pokhara Mountain Museum and have fun at the pretty Lake Beganas. ★ Special Arrangement: If you would like an easy hiking experience, we can arrange a 1 to 2 hours’ hike down from the World Peace Stupa to the Phewa Lake. You can decide in advance or discuss this with our guide at the time based on your physical condition. There is no additional cost for this activity. Day 6: Seti River; fly back to Kathmandu
Sightseeing Activities: After breakfast, we will watch the furious rapids of the Seti River in downtown Pokhara. Next, the guide will accompany you on a leisurely walk across the Kalika Suspension Bridge.
Fly to Kathmandu: Our guide will transfer you to the Pokhara Airport for a flight back to Kathmandu. After landing, our guide will pick you up and escort you to the hotel.

Day 7: Fly to Paro and then transfer to Thimphu
Travel to Bhutan: This morning, the driver will take you to the airport, from where you will take the flight we have booked for you to Paro of Bhutan. Upon arrival, our local driver will serve you with a one-hour drive to Thimphu.
Sightseeing Activities: On the way to Thimphu, we will pass by the renowned Tamchog Lhakhang Iron Bridge. After reaching Thimphu, our guide will take you on a downtown tour, visiting the landmark National Memorial Chorten and the Buddha Dordenma Statue in succession. Later, during the visit to the Motithang Takin Preserve, you can see the takins, the national treasure of the country. Finally, let the castle-like administration center of Thimphu Dzong round off the day.

Day 8: Thimphu sightseeing; drive to Punakha with stopover at Dochula Pass
Sightseeing Activities: This morning, the guide will take you to the must-see General Post Office and a Hand Made Paper Factory. Next, during the 3 hours’ driving to Punakha, you will have a chance to watch the rolling peaks of the magnificent Himalaya by a stopover at the Dochula Pass. Upon arrival, the guide will take you to visit the grand Punakha Dzong (Fortress) and then the Wooden Suspension Bridge. ★ What make us different: Our private tour by private car allows for maximum freedom and flexibility. Day 9: Punakha exploration with Rinchengang Village; drive to Paro
Sightseeing Activities: After breakfast, we will take a morning excursion to the idyllic Rinchengang Village and Punakha Nunnery. Later, a hike to the Fertility Temple with captivating surroundings will be arranged. After getting out from this Buddhist temple, we will drive to Paro to visit the imposing Paro Dzong and the National Museum. Late in the afternoon, the guide will lead you to explore the Kichu Lhakhang (Temple) and a local farm house.

Day 10: Paro day trip with Tiger’s Nest
★ Special Experience: This morning, the unique Tiger’s Nest (Paro Taktsang) on a sheer cliff with an elevation of about 900 meters (2,950 feet) will light up our Bhutan tour. Our guide, who has extensive trekking experience, will take you on a challenge to this sought-after hiking spot and explore the overhanging monastery for what will be a once in a lifetime experience. In the afternoon, take our comfortable private car to continue our road trip to the Drukgyel Dzong, which is encircled by beautiful terraced fields. Day 11: Departure from Paro; airport see-off
