Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu
Namaste! Welcome to Nepal! When your flight arrives at Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport, you'll be picked up on time and transferred to the hotel in Kathmandu. Then you may take a rest in your room or take a stroll nearby. Accommodation: Hotel Himalaya (4 stars)

Day 02: Kathmandu sightseeing tour and make preparation
Follow the guide, we will visit the famous world heritages in Kathmandu Valley, including Pashupatinath Temple for Hindu cremation ceremonies, Swayambhunath Temple on the highland, giant and old Boudhanath Stupa, and Kathmandu Durbar Square with many historical architecture. Afterwards, you may make the final preparation for the following trekking. Meals: Breakfast

Day 03: Fly to Lukla and trek to Phakding: 3-4 hours
You will take a flight from Kathmandu to Lukla on this day, which takes 30 minutes in air. The magnificent mountains with rivers can be seen on the plane. Getting to Lukla, you will meet the trekking guide and porter. Then we'll go northwards to Phakding (2,610 meters), taking 3-4 hours to walk through Dudh Koshi Valley. On the way, you can see Kusam Kanggru - 6,367 meters high to be one of the mountains that are the most difficult to conquer. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 04: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar: 5-6 hours
We will trek for 5-6 hours to reach Namche Bazaar (3,427 meters) - a noted village in Khumbu region and the gateway of Mt. Everest. We will cross Dudh Koshi River for five times with the thrilling suspension bridges, and then arrive at Jorsale Village. Later we will go inside Sagarmatha National Park, where you need to show your permit. Going on the trekking, we'll arrive at Namche Bazaar finally. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 05: Namche Bazaar acclimatization
It is necessary to slow down our pace and adapt the harsh environment in high altitude area, and keeping moving is an important way. You may go hiking to Thame Village nearby and return to Namche Bazaar in 7-8 hours, or take a short hiking to Everest View Hotel near Khumjung. It's the highest-altitude hotel in the world, where you can get a full view of the slivery Mount Everest. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 06: Trek from Namche to Tengboche: 7-8 hours
Our destination today is Tengboche (3,867 meters). The trail becomes narrower and steeper. We will pass through multiple temples, suspension bridges, waterfalls and the rhododendron forest, which are all beautiful. After arriving at Tengboche, we could visit Tengboche Monastery - one of the oldest temples in Nepal. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 07: Trek to Dingboche: 5-6 hours
After breakfast, we'll head to Dingboche (4,350 meters), and the air turns to be thinner. In the around 5 hours' trekking, we will slog our way through the wild forests, Imja Valley and several Sherpa villages. The incredible landscapes of Mt. Ama Dablam, Mt. Lhotse and other peaks in the distance make the tour more worthwhile. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 08: Trek to Chhukung: 2-3 hours
We will set off early in the morning, heading to Chhukung Valley. The trail goes higher and higher gradually, and you can get a bird's eye view to the Dingboche Valley, which is surprisingly charming. We will also see the majestic Mt. Lhotse and Mt. Ama Dablam en route. When we get to Chhukung (4,743 meters) - a pretty village of Sherpa, we can have a rest then. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 09: Hiking to Chhukung Ri: 5-6 hours
Today we are going to climb the mountain Chhukung Ri, which is precipitous and 5,546 meters high. On the snow-covered Chhukung Ri, you can look the Himalaya mountains of Lhotse, Island Peak, Ama Dablam, Makalu and more other peaks in a distance; and the snow peak Chhukung Ri itself is also spectacular to see. Later we'll go downhill to Chhukung. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 10: Trek Chhukung to Kongma-La to Lobuche: 6-7 hours
We are to trek through the highest pass, taking adequate water, snacks and packed foods, for there is no teahouse or restaurant on the route. We will start from the mountain in the northwest of Chhukung, and hike through the moraines of Nuptse Glacier. Around Kongma-La Pass (5,593 meters), you could witness the iced lakes and Khumbu Glacier. Then the downward trail to Lobuche (4,930 meters) would be the most difficult section today, as we'll climb up the moraine, go through the Khumbu Glacier, and turn north. Finally we will reach and stay overnight at Lobuche. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 11: Trek to Everest Base Camp and return to Gorakshep: 7-9 hours
We have already been close to Everest Base Camp (5,364 meters), however, the trekking today is still challengeable. We will get to Gorakshep (5,510 meters) first, and check into the hotel there. After a simple lunch, we will go to Everest Base Camp. Upon arrival, you can enjoy the scenery of Khumbu glacier and icefalls, and take photos. We'll get back to Gorakshep later. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 12: Hike to Kala Patthar and trek to Dzongla: 7-8 hours
Kala Patthar (5,545 meters) is a highlight on our route, as it is the best site to see Mt. Everest and the Himalayas. We will set off before dawn, and see the sunrise over the peaks. The morning sunlight shine on the Everest - the top of the world. What a fantastic scenery! Afterwards we'll trudge back to Gorakshep for the hot breakfast. After breakfast, we're to go downhill to Dzongla (4,843 meters). Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 13: Cross Cho La and walk to Dragnag: 7 to 8 hours
We will pass through Cho La Pass, the second mountain pass on our Everest trekking tour. It would be a hard day to climb to Cho La Pass, which is at a height of 5,420 meters. On the highest point of Cho La Pass, you would see Cho La Lake and Mt. Ama Dablam. And the scenery looking from the higher place is extremely fascinating. After that, we'll trek to Dragnag, 4,700 meters high. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 14: Trek to Gokyo: 4 hours
After breakfast, we will go to Gokyo Valley. Hiking a little way, we will get to the edge of Ngozumpa Glacier - the longest glacier in Nepal. We'll then trek cross the glacier, and reach the other side of the glacier. The second lake Dudh Pokhari out of the five Gokyo moraine lakes is right here. After visiting the lake, we will go towards the third lake not far away, and our destination Gokyo Village (4,761 meters) is right located by the third lake. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 15: Hike to Gokyo Ri and visit the Gokyo lakes
Today we'll go mountaineering on Gokyo Ri (5,357 meters) first. On the top of Gokyo Ri, we could overlook to Gokyo Valley, Gokyo lakes and the Himalayas. Then we will also go to visit the fourth and the fifth lakes nearby. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 16: Cross Renjo La Pass and trek to Lungden in the Thame valley: 7-8 hours
Going cross Renjo La Pass (5,360 meters) is also exciting and challenging. We are going to walk from Gokyo Valley to the outlying northern valley, and trek through Renjo La Pass. You must be careful to go down the steep slopes. After Renjo La Pass, we'll go on trekking to Lungden and rest overnight here. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 17: Trek to Namche Bazaar: 5-6 hours
Today we're to go down along the valley from Lungden to Thame and then get back to Namche Bazaar (3,427 meters). We will see some snow peaks, hike on the flat downward trail, and go through the dense alpine forests. As we get to Namche Bazaar, we'll check in a tea house and have dinner. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 18: Trek down to Lukla: 8 to 9 hours
Trekking along Dudh Koshi River, we will go down to Lukla via Phakding. So far the great and adventurous trekking with Everest Base Camp, five lakes and three high passes is finished. It would be certainly a memorable experience in your life time. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 19: Flight to Kathmandu
Take a flight to Kathmandu from Lukla. You'll get the airport pick-up and hotel drop-off on your arrival. Then the rest of this day would be your free time. Meals: Breakfast

Day 20: Free Day in Kathmandu
As the flight from Lukla to Kathmandu is likely to delay or be cancelled, it is advisable to arrange one day free time, in order to avoid the trouble of missing your international flight home.
