Day 1: Arrival in Lagos, Airport Pick-up

Day 2: Lagos Highlights Travel
Lagos used to be the capital city of Nigeria and it is the city with the largest population in Africa. This morning, you will be picked up from the hotel and then transferred to visit the Nigerian National Museum first. This museum houses many famous Nigerian artworks including statues, carvings, archaeological and ethnographic exhibits. Your next stop will be the Freedom Park, which is the Broad Street Prison during the British colonial period. It is now a historical place as well as an entertainment center for Lagos citizens. The park was built to preserve the cultural and historical heritage of Nigeria. Afterwards, you will be taken to visit the Cathedral Church of Christ, which was built in 1869 and is next to the Lagos lagoon. From there, you will be transferred to explore a local Art & Crafts Market. After lunch, we will proceed to the Lekki Conservation Center and go for a walk on the longest canopy walkway (400 meters long) in Africa! You will enjoy fascinating natural scenery here and see animals like monkeys, rare birds, tortoises, fishes and peacocks. In the end, you will be driven back to the hotel. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

Day 3: Lagos - Badagry - Abeokuta
After breakfast at the hotel, the guide and driver will transfer you to Badagry, around 2.5 hours on the way. Upon arrival, the guide will show you around the Old Slave Market, the Slave Trade Museum and relics. You will learn the history of slave in the past. Then proceed to visit the Seriki Abbas compound and the Gberefu beach (the slave embarkation point). We will continue to drive around 3.5 hours to Abeokuta. There you will take a visit to the Olumo Rock which has a long history. You can take an elevator up to the rock, and visit the hide-outs of the people during the war time. At the top of the rock, you will have a panoramic view of the city. You will also visit the museum at the bottle of the rock to learn about the history and importance of the rock. Enjoy free time to stroll at the Itoku market at night. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

Day 4: Abeokuta - Ibadan - Oyo - Ilorin - Esie - Oshogbo
Today we will depart for Oshogbo. It will be a long time transfer and we will stop at several spots along the way. After 1.5 hours driving, we will arrive at Ibadan and visit the Ibadan National Museum. Then proceed to Oyo which takes about 1 hour and you will see the landscape with dome shaped hills and old hard rocks. After a break, we will transfer for 2.5 hours to Ilorin to visit the Ilorin Central Mosque, and then drive for 1.5 hours to Esie and visit the Esie Museum. Finally, we will drive for another 2 hours to reach Oshogbo. Check in at the hotel and have a good rest. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

This morning, our guide and driver will pick you up from the hotel and take you to visit the highlights of Oshogbo. First you will visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site - the Sacred Grove. The mona monkeys wait and welcome you there when you arrive. The dense forest is one of the last primeval forests in southern Nigeria. It is well worth a visit in Oshogbo. Then we will transfer you for 1.5 hours to Ile-Ife to visit the National Museum and the historical sites nearby. Finally, we will get back to the hotel in Oshogbo. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

Day 6: Oshogbo - Lokoja - Abuja
Today is also a long driving day. After breakfast, we will pick you up from the hotel and drive for around 5.5 hours to Lokoja, where you will visit the Nike Art Center which contains a guest house, a 3-storey art gallery and an arts & crafts workshop. It is a great place for travelers who love art and nature. After lunch, we will proceed to the capital city of Abuja which takes about 2.5 hours. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel and have a good rest tonight. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

Day 7: Explore Abuja, the Capital of Nigeria
Abuja is located in the center of Nigeria. Today we will show you around the highlight attractions here. Your first stop will be the Abuja National Mosque, which was built in 1984 and is an architectural masterpiece and the landmark of Nigeria. After the visit, we will proceed to the Zuma Rock. It is unique with a human face impression on the rock. You will feel amazed about this natural rock. Then, we will transfer you to visit the Ushafa pottery village, where you can observe the making of traditional pottery. If you like, you can buy one or two as souvenir. The next stop will be the arts and crafts village, which is a haven of creativity. It was used to hold the exhibition of Arts and Crafts and now a main tourist site in Abuja. Today’s last stop is the Jabi Lake, where you will take a boat trip to the shopping mall and park in the lake canter. Enjoy the beautiful view from the park leisurely. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
