How can I arrange my airport transfer in Stockholm?
Most of the international flights land at Stockholm Arlanda Airport. To get to the city center, if you do not have a transfer service, then the best way is to take the Flygbussarna airport coach. The tickets can be bought at the self-service ticket machines or you can pay by credit card on the coach, and the journey takes 40 minutes at the cost of 99skr.
Another faster transportation means is Arlanda express, which only takes 20 minutes to get to the city center, and the ticket price is twice of the Flygbussarna airport coach.
What are the temperatures during winter and summer in Sweden?
According to the weather conditions, Sweden can be divided into three parts: central and southern Sweden, northeast and northwest Sweden, and far north. Most areas have long days in summer and long nights in winter.
Winter (November - February):
It is an ideal time to revel in the magical aurora borealis. Visitors can go to Abisko or Kiruna to marvel at the beauty of kaleidoscope in the sky and taste the delicious hot cocoa. You can also try skiing or snowmobiling.
Summer (June - August):
It is the best time to visit the country. During this period, the climate is warm and the temperature is between 20-30℃ (68-86℉). It's an ideal season for sunbathing, bathing and touring all kinds of beautiful beaches and charming towns, especially in the south. In the north, you can easily see the midnight sun, go hiking and immerse yourself in the tranquil scenery.
Autumn (September - October) & Spring (March - May):
The weather is changeable in both seasons, and the temperatures range from 5 to 15 ℃ (41 to 59℉).
What is the best time to take Sweden tours?
Sweden has four distinct seasons, from cold winter to warm summer. So when is the best time to visit Sweden? It all depends on what you want to get and experience.
The best time for warm weather and sunshine is from May to September. For the fairy tale silver world, the best time is from November to March. The northern lights usually occur in winter time from late September to early April.
