Welcome to picturesque Switzerland! Upon your arrival at Zurich International Airport, please take a train to Zurich Main Station (Zurich HB). The train station is located within the airport complex, and the journey to Zurich Main Station takes approximately 10 minutes. Your hotel locates just in a short walking distance from the main station. After settling down in your hotel and having a short rest, you could explore the city's highlights. Here are the suggested spots and walking route for your reference:

Zurich Main Station (Zurich HB) → Bahnhofstrasse → Paradeplatz → Zurich Art Museum → Fraumunster Church → Swiss National Museum → Lindenhof → Zurich Cathedral → Zurich Main Station (Zurich HB)

► Start from the Zurich Main Station (Zurich HB). Walk towards Bahnhofstrasse, one of the world's most exclusive shopping streets. Admire the luxury shops and beautiful architecture along the way.

► Continue along Bahnhofstrasse until you reach Paradeplatz, a prominent square in Zurich. From Paradeplatz, head towards the Zurich Art Museum (Zurich Kunsthaus), where you could appreciate the museum's collection, featuring works including pieces from renowned artists of Monet, Picasso, and Van Gogh.

► After exploring the museum, make your way to Fraumunster Church. Admire the impressive stained glass windows by Marc Chagall.

► From Fraumunster, walk to the Swiss National Museum (Landesmuseum Zurich). Explore its exhibits to learn about Swiss history and culture.

► After visiting the Swiss National Museum, continue your walk through the charming streets of Zurich Old Town. Explore the narrow alleys, quaint shops, and delightful cafes. Head towards Lindenhof, a peaceful park on a hill with beautiful views of the city and the Limmat River. Take a moment to relax and enjoy the scenery.

► Descend from Lindenhof and continue walking through the Old Town towards the Zurich Cathedral (Zurich Munster). Admire its stunning architecture and, if interested, consider climbing the tower for panoramic views.

► Finally, make your way back towards Zurich Main Station (Zurich HB), passing through the lively streets of Zurich Old Town.

Start your day by taking an early train from Zurich to Lucerne. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the train you take. Upon arrival in Lucerne, check into your hotel near the station, then begin your exploration of the city center at your own pace. Take a leisurely stroll and visit the famous Lion Monument, a sculpture commemorating the Swiss guards who lost their lives during the French Revolution, and then the Chapel Bridge, the wooden covered footbridge with 650 years' history. Continue your walk to Lake Lucerne, where you can enjoy the beautiful lakeside scenery. Take in the views of the surrounding mountains and the crystal-clear waters of the lake.

Around noon, take a train to Engelberg, a unique town located approximately 45 minutes away. It's a scenic journey that allows you to relax and enjoy the views along the way. Upon reaching Engelberg, walk to the cable car station for about 15 mins. This walk is enjoyable, and you'll have the opportunity to appreciate the beauty of the village before beginning your ascent to Mt. Titlis. The cable cars to Mt. Titlis depart every 30 minutes, and the trip takes about 30 minutes one way. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the Swiss Alps during the ascent.

Once you arrive at Mt. Titlis, explore the Glacier Cave, where you can see the snow and ice. Then you can experience the Titlis Cliff Walk, a rotating suspension bridge offering stunning views. Take your time to enjoy the various activities and capture memorable photos. After the visit, take the cable car back to Engelberg and return to Lucerne by train.

Today, you’ll take a Golden Pass train from Lucerne to Interlaken Ost (East). The journey takes approximately 2 hours. Upon arrival in Interlaken, you'll first check in at the hotel and then have a range of outdoor activities to choose from. Interlaken is known for its adventurous offerings, such as paragliding, boating, river rafting, or hiking. Depending on your interests and preferences, you can select the activity that suits you best. Hereunder, we have some tour suggestions for you (tickets not included):

► If Mt. Rigi is the Queen of the Mountains overlooking Lucerne, then it is certain to say that Harder Kulm is the King of Interlaken's majestic peaks. You could visit the Harder Kulm Viewpoint if you're looking for stunning panoramic views of Interlaken and the surrounding mountains. To reach Harder Kulm, you could take the Harderbahn funicular. The cable car station is located close to the railway station of Interlaken Ost and can be reached in a 5-minute walk. The ride of funicular takes about 10 minutes to the summit. The funicular only operates between mid April and late November.

► Another recommended spot to visit is the Lake Brienz. You can begin your journey at Interlaken Ost train station and take a regional train that stops at Brienz station. Enjoy the picturesque views as you traverse the Swiss countryside during the approximately 20-minute train ride. Upon arrival at Brienz, a short walk will lead you to the shores of Lake Brienz. Alternatively, you can take a boat at Interlaken Ost dock, which is located near the train station. The boat trip takes about 75 minutes. Disembark at the Brienz dock and explore the beauty of Lake Brienz from its shores. If you have ample time available, we recommend opting for a boat ride to Lake Brienz and returning by train for convenience.

After exploring the chosen attractions, take some time to wander through the streets of Interlaken. Discover local shops, cafes, restaurants, and immerse yourself in the charming atmosphere of this Swiss town.

Today comes the highlight of the whole trip - Jungfraujoch. Here's a suggested tour schedule for your reference:

Morning Activities:
Have early breakfast at your hotel in Interlaken and then make your way to the Interlaken Ost train station. Take a train to Grindelwald Terminal, which takes approximately 30 minutes, and then change to gondola lift bound for Eigergletscher. Once at Eigergletscher, take some time to enjoy the views before boarding the Jungfrau Railway, which is the final leg to Jungfraujoch, known as the Top of Europe. The entire journey takes less than two hours. Acclimate to the altitude, and around lunchtime, consider dining at one of the restaurants at Jungfraujoch, such as the Crystal Restaurant that serves Swiss and international cuisines.

Afternoon Activities:
In the early afternoon around 1pm, begin exploring the attractions at Jungfraujoch. Start by visiting the Ice Palace, an enchanting cavern of glistening ice sculptures and tunnels carved into the glacier, providing you a unique experience of being inside a frozen world. Next, head to the Sphinx Observatory, which offers panoramic and breathtaking views of the Aletsch Glacier - the largest glacier in the Alps, as well as its surrounding peaks and valleys. If you are interested in the history of this engineering marvel, consider taking a journey through the Alpine Sensation. It's a moving walkway adorned with captivating displays and information about the history and construction of the Jungfrau Railway, as well as tributes to the miners who built the tunnel. After exploration of Jungfraujoch, begin your descent by taking the Jungfrau Railway to Kleine Scheidegg. Here, you can take a train to Lauterbrunnen, a picturesque waterfall village. You may spend some time strolling through the village streets or savor a cup of coffee. Later, board a train back to Interlaken Ost. Cap off an adventurous day by enjoying a hearty dinner at one of Interlaken’s local restaurants, where you can taste traditional Swiss cuisine.

You will move to the Alpine resort of Zermatt by train today. Please leave Interlaken early to make the most of your day. To travel from Interlaken to Zermatt by train, depart from Interlaken Ost station and take a train toward Spiez and change there to Visp, which is a scenic journey of about 1 hour. Upon arriving in Visp, transfer to the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn (MGB) train to Zermatt. This leg takes about 1.5 hours, winding through the mountains. After checking in at your hotel, you could enjoy walking through the car-free streets of Zermatt. Since cars are not allowed, the village retains a peaceful atmosphere and is very pedestrian-friendly. You are suggested to grab an early lunch before heading to Gornergrat.

After lunch, please head to the Gornergrat Bahn Station near the main Zermatt train station. Board the cogwheel Gornergrat Railway, which departs every 24 minutes and takes 33 minutes to reach Gornergrat at an altitude of 3,089 meters (10,135 feet). Along the way, savor magnificent views of the Matterhorn and surrounding peaks. Once at Gornergrat, you can view from the Gornergrat Observatory, or have something warm to drink at the 3100 Kulmhotel, which is the highest hotel in the Swiss Alps. Allocate a couple of hours to enjoy the panorama before taking the train back to Zermatt. Dress warmly and be prepared for weather changes.

This is the last day of your tour. Depart from Zermatt and take a train to Zurich, Geneva, or Basel as you wish, with travel times of approximately 3.5 hours, 4 hours, or 3 hours respectively. Upon arrival, explore the city by using public transport if time permits, or head directly to the airport for your return flight.
