How to Dress in Hakodate in June

4. After June 2nd each year, the fishing ban on squid around the sea of Hakodate is lifted. Visiting Hakodate in June of 2026, do go to Hakodate Morning Market in the early morning and savor chewy noodles made of fresh squids. 
5. By the middle of June, you are suggested to go to Citizens’ Forest Park and the Rose Garden of Hakodate Former British Consulate to admire colorful hydrangeas and elegant roses respectively.
