For more natural sceneries, the hydrangeas are recommended in June in Kyoto. The plum rainy season is the best time to appreciate hydrangea flowers. In the Sanzen-in Temple, you can see the hydrangea gradually changes its color in the plum rains. There are more than 1,000 hydrangeas blossoming in the temple. This beautiful scenery lasts for the whole month and you can’t miss it.
