Tempomaru is a male cartoon character of Tempozan Giant Ferris Wheel and you can take pictures with the cute character. Sometimes, the character will initially interact with visitors.

Notes: 

1. Eating and drinking are forbidden in gondolas. 
2. People who are unwell or drunk are not allowed to ride the Tempozan Giant Ferris Wheel. 
3. The waiting line for the transparent gondolas is much longer than that for the regular gondolas. Be prepared!

900 yen. You can buy the ticket online in advance to avoid waiting in line. 

Running Time

It is generally open from 10:00 to 21:00, but it may run from 10:00 to 22:00 during the holiday and weekends. During periods of inclement weather, closures may occur.

How to Get to Tempozan Giant Ferris Wheel

By Metro

You can take Osaka Metro Chuo Line, get off at Osakako Station, then come out from Exit 1, and walk for about five minutes.

By Boat

You can take Capt Line boat in the Universal City Port, get off at Kaiyukan West Pier, and then walk to the Tempozan Giant Ferris Wheel. The whole route from Universal City Port to Tempozan Giant Ferris Wheel takes about 15 minutes.

By Bus

1. You can take Osaka bus 88 from Osaka Station or bus 60 from Namba Station, and get off at Tempozan Harbor Village.
2. You can take the Limousine Bus from the Kansai International Airport, and get off at Tenpozan (Kaiyukan) station, which takes about 1 hour.

Taste Gourmet in Namba Food Street

Namba Food Street right under the Tempozan Giant Ferris Wheel is a food theme park that recreates the streets of Osaka in the 1960s. There are about 20 representative and well-known Osaka stores that sell Takoyaki, Okonomiyaki, Kushikatsu, Omurice, Ikayaki, and rice curry.
