Yokohama weather in spring is getting warmer and warmer, with the maximum temperatures averaging 14-22 degrees Celsius (57.2-71.6 degrees Fahrenheit), and minimum temperatures 6-16℃ (42.8-60.8℉). Mid-January to February is the cheapest time to visit Yokohama since tourists decrease significantly, contributing to more favorable prices for air tickets and hotels.

However, the climate is cold in this period, so you’d better take measures to keep warm, such as wearing thick clothes like a wool sweater plus a down coat, and bringing hats, scarves and some warmer patches.
