Welcome to Laos. Upon arrival, your private guide and driver will wait for you at the Exit with a welcome board signing your name, then you will be transferred to the well-selected hotel for check in. The rest time will be free for you to relax yourself at the hotel. If you are not very tired, you can go out and walk nearby to experience the local life.

Day 2: Vientiane Highlights
Today, we will start with the National Museum where you can learn about Laos' history. After that, your guide will take you to visit Wat Si Saket, which shows Siamese and Khmer architectural cultures and Haw Phra Kaeo, which houses many Laos' precious collections. Afterwards, make a stop at the older part of the morning market to see how local people doing business.
In the afternoon, you will visit the Pha That Luang - the Buddhist holy land in Laos, and Patuxai - the symbol of Laos' independence.

Day 3: Scenic Transfer for 1.5 Hours to Vang Vieng
In the morning, you will be led to peaceful Vang Vieng by road with one and a half hour. En route, visit the mysterious Tham Phoukham and the delightful Blue Lagoon, a very popular sight among tourists for diving. If you want to dive or swim there, please get your swimsuits ready. Upon arrival in Vang Vieng, your guide will help you to check in at the hotel. The hotel we selected for you has a superlative view of Nam Song river and the facing limestone mountains. You can relax yourself there freely.

Day 4: Transfer to Vientiane Airport, Fly to Phonsavan (Xieng Khouang)
After breakfast, you will have some free time to explore the charming town by yourself. Then at the appointed time, your guide and driver will pick you up and then see you off at Vientiane airport for your flight to Phonsavan in Xieng Khouang. Upon arrival, your local guide will meet you at the airport and help you check into a boutique hotel.
After a short rest, you will be led to visit the central market. Later, you will be escorted to the head quarter of MAG (Mines Advisory Group) to learn about the current situation of mines clearance in Phonsavan. The highlight of today's Laos trip will be the Plain of Jars, where you could appreciate countless mottled stone jars randomly dotted among the vast plain. Till now, it is still a mystery for scientists that where the Jars came from and what's their function.

Day 5: Phonsavanh Full Day Sightseeing with Tham Piou Cave
Today, you will be transferred to Muong Kham. On the way, we will stop at the Thajok Tribal Village, where the delightful scenery of lush mountains will get you refreshed. Upon arrival, you can not only enjoy tranquil rural scenery, but also get relaxed in natural hot springs. After that, your guide will lead you to the Tham Piu Cave and tell you the historical event happened there during a war. Lastly, you will be escorted to check in the hotel in Phonsavanh.

Day 6: Private Transfer to Luang Prabang (Totally around 6 hours)
In the morning, your guide will accompany you to visit a local market. Then we will drive northwards to Luang Prabang. You will enjoy the north natural beauty of Laos and enjoy your lunch on the way. Upon arrival, your guide will help you to check in at the hotel and have some rest.
In the late afternoon, your guide will lead you to have a fantastic adventure to Phousi Mountain. From the top, you could overlook the landscape of the whole city. At dusk, you will be attracted by boisterous night market, a local market with various textiles, handicrafts, jewelries, traditional medicines and some mulberry paper lanterns.

Day 7: Luang Prabang Excursion to Pak Ou Caves
Today, you need to get up early to attend the most meaningful religious ceremony, Alms-Giving in Luang Prabang. You will see hundreds of monks collecting alms from devotees one by one in the early morning. After that, you will be led to Pak Ou Caves by cruising on Mekong River, where miniature Buddha sculptures overlook the Mekong River. On the way to Pak Ou Caves, you will have a chance to taste the local rice wine in Ban Xang Hai Village.
In the afternoon, when return back on boat, you will stop at Ban Phanom Village to learn about the production of woven goods. After arrive in downtown, visit Wat Visoun and Wat Aham to immerse in rich religious ambience there.

Pak Ou Caves
Day 8: Luang Prabang City Highlights
In the morning, you will be accompanied to visit the Royal Palace Museum, where centuries-old royal objects, such as weapons, sculptures and paintings exhibit. The bustling Morning Phousi Market will be your next stop.
Later, you will be led to have an exploration of Kuang Si Waterfall - the biggest waterfall in Luang Prabang. After that, drive back to the downtown to have your lunch. After the lunch break, you will continue to Wat Xieng Thong to see the glass mosaic painting "the Tree of Life", as well as Wat Mai to admire the elaborately-decorated wooden pillars and a relief wall.

Day 9: Luang Prabang Departure, Airport See-off
Today, your guide and driver will meet you at the hotel lobby at the appointed time and transfer you to the airport to see you off. Your 9 days Laos tour will end here. Wish you a happy journey home.
