Day 1: Arrival in Ulaanbaatar
Welcome to Ulaanbaatar. After claiming your luggage, you will meet our friendly tour guide at the exit of the arrival hall, and then escort you to check in at the hotel and have a rest. We will offer a guided tour Sukhbaatar Square, the very center of Ulaanbaatar and the whole Mongolia, with the National Palace in the north, the National Classical Art Theater and the Central Cultural Palace in the east, and the Ulaanbaatar Municipal Government and the Central Post Office in the west. Travel around to get a general impression of Mongolia. To welcome you, we will arrange a traditional music and dance show with authentic local dinner for you. Please enjoy yourself. Meals: Dinner

Day 2: Fly to Ulgii & Drive to Visit Shiveet Petroglyphs
Take an early morning flight to Ulgii. Our local guide and driver will pick you up at the airport and then they will accompany you on a 6-7 hours’ driving to see the Unesco World Heritage site - Petroglyphs at Shiveet khairkhan. The rock paintings vividly show the history and life scenes of nomadic people 12000 years ago. Continue driving to the Ranger Station and overnight at ger. Because of its remote location and isolation from the outside world for a long time, plus the government's permission to retain its language and tradition, the West retains the most traditional and authentic Kazakh nomadic culture. From language, sports, music, art and eagle hunters who have passed on for thousands of years, you can deeply experience the traditional and hospitable culture that the Kazakh nomadic people are proud of. Day 3: Base Camp of Altai Tavan Bogd
The Altai Tavan Bogd National Park is located in the western end of the country. The magnificent Altai Tavan Bogd Mountains are surrounded by three large freshwater lakes. Due to its remote location, it is very primitive and undamaged with many precious animals and plants discovered here. You may be lucky to see wild goats, brown bears and gray wolves, as well as majestic golden eagles swooping overhead. After breakfast, pack your luggage and relevant equipment for camping, and then ride a horse for about 4 hours to Altai Tavan Bogd basecamp at the altitude of 3090m above sea level. Stay overnight at a tent. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 4: Climbing to Machin Peak, 4050m
Be prepared for hiking up to 4050m of Malchin peak, it is the only mountain that can be easily reached without climbing equipment . Standing at the border of Mongolia and Russia, you will have a stunning view of the Altai Tavan Bogd National Park and the Potanin Glacier. It takes 4-5 hours on average for uphill hiking, which varies slightly according to individual speed, and another 3 -4 hours is needed to get to base camp. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 5: 4-5h’s Horseback Ride Downhill
The camel will take all the camping items, and you and the guide will ride horses down the mountain, and then return to the camp at the Ranger Station located at White River. Have a good rest at the ger, or walk around the wild nature to stretch your body and your legs. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 6: Lake Hoton & Lake Khurgan
Continue driving to the north, you will arrive at the most beautiful area in the Altai Tavan Bogd National Park. Lake Hoton connects Lake Khurgan, where the most Kazakh herdsmen live with beautiful and clean lakes, peaks dotted with ice and snow, canyons with unique landscapes and vast grasslands. In addition to camping, hiking and wandering in nature, tourists can also enjoy the horse riding here. On the way, have a look to the ancient burials, modern cemeteries and human shaped stones on the way. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 7: Baga Turgen Waterfall
Drive for one hour to take a small hiking to Baga Turgen Waterfall, originated from the melted water of the glacier. On the way, visit an Eagle hunter’s family. The best way to understand a place and a nation is to integrate into local families, learn about their family living conditions and their children's education, you will get a chance to talk with a herdsman and taste their milky tea. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 8: Drive Back to Ulgii
Today we will drive 6-7 hours to return Ulgii, we will stop on the way where possible for nice views and lunch. Enjoy your dinner with the guide and the driver. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 9: Fly back to Ulaanbaatar
Say goodbye to your guide and driver in Ulgii before boarding flight to Ulaanbaatar. Our guide and driver in Ulaanbaatar will pick you up and check in at the hotel. Due to the unstable flight time, we will not arrange any sightseeing arrangements for you. Please enjoy some free time to have a good rest. Meals: Breakfast

Day 10. Terelj National Park & Genghis Khaan’s Statue
Today you will have a leisure day to visit the Terelj National Park & Genghis Khaan’s Statue. These two sites enjoy high reputation among domestic and foreign tourists. Tonight, we will arrange a farewell dinner and offer a happen ending to this tour. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 11. Departure from Ulaanbaatar
