Day 1: Arrival in Cape Town, Airport pick-up

Day 2: Visit Cape Town city, Table Mountain and Robben Island
To have a better understanding of this mother city in South Africa, our Cape Town tours will lead you to go sightseeing the scenic spots including the military museum, Castle of Good Hope and the Cape Town City Hall in baroque style. Then, we will go to Bo-Kaap with a stopover at St. George's Cathedral and pass by Company Gardens in midway. Bo-Kaap is also called Cape Malay Quarter and is the cultural center of Cape Town. Next, we will head to the well-known Table Mountain, also known as the God's Dining Table. It is the landmark of the city and reputed as one of the Seven Natural Wonders in the world which attracts a lot of tourists to take pictures. If weather permits, we can take the cable car to its flat peak to overlook the city. Today's last stop is Robbin Island, the jail where Nelson Mandela was prisoned in for 18 years. The guides there used to be the political prisoners or the guard of the jail and they will introduce its history from their own viewpoints and memories. Attention: Please take along with at least one of your identification documents, like passport, birth certificate, driver's license or a copy of them. Day 3: Full day to explore Cape Peninsula
Today we will explore the Cape Peninsula. We will go through the Sea Point promenade, Clifton Beach and Camp's Bay to Hout Bay. Upon arrival, take a ferry to Duiker Island. You will watch thousands of seals with different postures on the island from the boat. The next stop is the Cape Point Nature Reserve at the southern end of the peninsula. There is a lighthouse at an altitude of 286 meters (938 feet) which is set to warn the boats approaching the terrifying Cape of Storms. We will stroll along the path to see the wild animals and abundant plants and enjoy a relaxing time at the beach. Then after a half-hour drive, we will arrive at the Simon's Town which features the endangered African penguins in the Boulders Beach nearby. You can observe them closely. Finally, we will visit Kirstenbosch Botanical gardens after passing by Kalk Bay and Muizenbery surfing paradise. It is not only the most famous botanical garden in South Africa but also enjoys a high reputation in the world. Located on the eastern slope of the Table Mountain, it contains about 7,000 kinds of plants. Meals: Breakfast

Day 4: Full day to explore the winelands
South Africa is famous for abundant production of white, red, mixed and sparkling wines. Today, we will pay a visit to the leading winelands: Paarl, Stellenbosch and Franschhoek. In the vineyards, you will not only learn how the wine is made and how to taste it, but also have the chance to taste the world-class wines. Meals: Breakfast

Day 5: Fly from Cape Town to Kruger Private Reserve
Today you will fly from Cape Town to the Hoedspruit Airport, where your driver guide will pick you up and escort you to the Arathusa Safari Lodge situated at Sabi Sand Private Game Reserve. You will spend the following three wonderful nights here. Soak up the tranquility of the African bush before embarking on your late afternoon game drive. During the safari, you will share an open vehicle with other travelers, under the companion of an experienced ranger and a local tracker. They both have rich experience, so you will have a deep understanding of the wild animals, plants and forests under their help. In the end, we will return to the lodge and have a big dinner. Day 6: Game drives in Kruger Private Reserve (shared vehicle)
Early morning is the period when animals are most active, so we will begin today's safari after having a cup of coffee. After about 2-3 hours, we will go back to the lodge for breakfast. Afterwards, you can continue to enter the bush to have a guided walk with the ranger if you'd like to. The game walk in the morning will offer you an unforgettable experience since you will be able to have a close contact with the wild animals and plants. You will also find the small-sized habitants in the bush like the birds and insects. Besides, if lucky, you can see the Big Five - lions, cheetahs, elephants, water buffalos and black rhinoceros. Bush Walk is usually arranged around breakfast time which depends on the period of the year and the weather. You can also spend a leisure time around the lodge to go swimming or stroll around. Day 7: Kruger Private Reserve - Panorama Route & Sunset game drive
After breakfast, your driver guide will greet you at the lodge and lead you to start today's travel on the Panorama Route, which is a scenic road in South Africa with several cultural and natural tourist attractions along the way. We will visit the God's Window, Lisbon Falls, Berlin Falls, the Pinnacle, Bourke's Luck Potholes and Blyde River Canyon. The Blyde River Canyon is one of the largest canyons in the world, covered with lush subtropical vegetation. Afterwards, we will return to the lodge. You can choose to relax or participate in sunset game drive. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 8: Fly to Victoria Falls of Zimbabwe from Kruger
Today you will be driven around 3.5 hours to the Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport, from where you will take outbound flight for 1 hour 45 minutes to the Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe, a stunning UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the Southern Africa's top natural destinations. After arrival, you will be met and transferred to check into the lodge. Meals: Breakfast

Day 9: Full day to explore Victoria Falls
In the morning, your driver guide will come to meet you at the lodge and then accompany you to take a guided walking tour of the Victoria Falls. You will walk through the rainforest and stop at different viewpoints to enjoy the splendid falls. You may get wet at some viewpoints due to spray, so it is better to get your cellphone and camera covered. There is a wide range of exciting experiences and adventure activities in Victoria Falls, like taking a helicopter flight over the falls, Bungee jumping from the falls bridge, experiencing white water rafting on the Zambezi River and many others. The afternoon remains free for you. If you are interested in some activities, your guide will offer assistance. Late in the afternoon, you will be taken to enjoy a sunset cruise with drinks and snacks on the Zambezi River, which not only is a superb way to enjoy the spectacular beauty of the river, but also provides great opportunities to see some wildlife including hippo, crocodile, and elephant as well as enjoy many different bird species.
