How to Plan Your Spain Tour?

Visa: As a European Schengen country, Spain has the same visa policy as the other countries that have signed the Schengen Agreement for passport-free travel. Tourists need a Schengen Visa to travel Spain. The Schengen Visa allows visitors to spend up to 90 days in Spain as well as the other 25 participating Schengen countries.
Money Tips: Spain is in the euro single currency and you can pay in cash in almost all cases. In some other cases, like paying through a machine, it may be necessary to pay by credit or debit cards, with Visa and Mastercard being the most widely used. Cash is usually withdrawn from the ATMs in the bank and in Spain, ATMs are easy to find in shopping areas, large urban centers and the historic centers in small towns.
  • 3-5 Days
    If you have 3-5 days, Madrid and Barcelona are the most recommended. Generally, it takes 2 days to tour Madrid and 3 days Barcelona. You can visit either one or both according to your time.
