Day 1: Arrival in Kota Kinabalu, Airport Pick-up
Malaysian Food Street Welcome! This tour will mainly lead you to explore the northern part of Borneo, the third largest island on the earth. The tropical rainforests there are home to about 60,000 kinds of plants and animals, so it can be challenging, thrilling and adventurous.
Upon landing in Kota Kinabalu, you will see our local English-speaking driver guide welcoming you with a big smile. Then, he or she will send you to the hotel to settle down. If it is early in the day, the driver guide will offer you a brief city tour by driving past State Mosque, Tun Mustapha Tower, and City Mosque. Per your request, the driver guide can make stops for you to take photos.

Day 2: Full Day in Kinabalu National Park
After breakfast, the driver guide will send you to the Kinabalu National Park nominated by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, where the natural ecology has been well protected. There, the park guide will accompany you to hike inside all day long, to get through the rainforest and canopy walkway. If the canopy walkway is closed, visit the Tropical Garden instead. Day 3: Fly to Sandakan, Private Transfer to Sepilok
Pack your luggage after breakfast and the driver guide will transfer you to the airport for you to fly to Sandakan. The flight time is around 45 minutes. On arrival, our driver guide based there will pick you up and send you to Sepilok about 20 minutes' drive away. After hotel check-in, you will be free to stroll around on your own. Today's dinner will be served in the hotel, so remember to return on time. Meals: Breakfast, Dinner

Day 4: Visit Orang Utan Rehabilitation Center, Take a Boat to Sukau Village
In the early morning, we'll drive to the Sepilok Orang Utan Rehabilitation Center - the largest Orang Utan sanctuary worldwide. When arrive, go directly to the feeding platform, where you will be allowed to feed Orang Utans at 10:00am, and during which you can closely interact with Orang Utans, which are considered to be one of primates with the closest relationship to humans by researchers. You'll also have the chance to hike through the Tropical Lowland Dipterocarp Forest of Borneo and visit the Bornean Sun Bear Conservation Centre. After that, the driver guide will send you to jetty in Sandakan, to take a boat to the Lower Kinabatangan River Sanctuary in about 1 hour. On arrival, we will serve you lunch at the Abai Jungle Restaurant there. After lunch, take another boat to the Sukau Village. Upon arrival, check into the lodge. Late afternoon, the local guide will escort you and other tourists to the Menanggul River by boat, where you can see various wild animals along the way. Day 5: Visit Sukau Village
Please get up early this day to join the boat trip to the Ox-Bow Lake, during which you can search for Borneo wildlives and appreciate the beautiful Kinabatangan River. After, return to the lodge and have breakfast. Then, you will be free to do whatever you like. You may appreciate the surrounding landscapes on foot, or join the cruise team to search for more wild animals.

Day 6: Transfer to Lahad Datu and then to Danum Valley
After breakfast, we'll firstly drive for around 2 hours to Lahad Datu, then 2 more hours to Borneo Rainforest Lodge in the Danum Valley via a gravel road. After check-in, have lunch in the lodge and take a short break. In the afternoon, the local guide will accompany you to hike in the rainforest and walk on the canopy walkway to find more wild plants and animals. At night, you may continue to search for nocturnal animals by an open-air truck if weather permits. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 7: Visit Danum Valley
Today, the local guide will escort you to make an adventurous trip through the jungles. Firstly, hike to the Kadaza Ndusun Burial Site to see the hanging coffins. Then head to the View Point to have a bird's-eye view of the Danum Valley. It will be energy-consuming, so prepare with yourself enough drinking water and snacks which can quickly replenish energy like chocolates. At night, if the weather allows, stroll around the lodge to see nocturnal animals.

Day 8: Fly Back to Kota Kinabalu, Airport Pick-up
Based on our arrangement, the driver guide will escort you to Lahad Batu Airport for you to take the flight back to Kota Kinabalu. The flight journey is 55 minutes. After getting off from the plane, you will be transferred to the hotel surrounded by Rasa Ria Reserve beside the Dalit Beach, where you will stay for two leisurely nights to relieve the fatigue of the hiking in the rainforest. Day 09: Free Day at Dalit Beach
This will be a free day to enjoy bright sunshine, soft sandy beach and various water sports. If you want to search for more wildlife, you may experience a jungle walk at the nearby Rasa Ria Reserve on your own. Meals: Breakfast
