Best Time to Visit: Malaysia can be visited all year round. For western region of Peninsular Malaysia, the best time is November to February. If your Malaysia tour is in eastern region, the best time is April to early October.

Visa: Most nationalities do not require a visa to Malaysia if the stay is less than 1 to 3 months and for Malaysia travel purpose. Please check before travelling.
Money Tips: We suggest you use cash (Malaysian Ringgit) when in Malaysia. Credit card is accepted but they may charge you transaction fee. ATMs are widely available.

How do we identify your driver when we arrive the first day?
Taking Malaysia tours with us, our driver will wait for you at the arrival hall of the airport, holding a signage displaying your name. You will also be given our emergency contact, if you are not able to locate our driver, you can call us at any time.
When visiting Malaysia, what kind of clothes should we bring?
We suggest you bring light clothes as it is hot most of the time in Malaysia. If your tour involves trekking, you should prepare good and comfortable shoes. If you go to Cameron Highlands, you can bring a light jacket. Please also remember to bring umbrella or raincoat as it can rain anytime.
Do we need to buy a SIM card when visiting Malaysia?
If your Malaysia tour is a long trip, it is advisable to buy a local SIM card. You can buy it at airports or in mobile shops of major cities with the assistance of our driver.
Can we have early check-in at the hotel?
For most of the hotels, the check-in time is after 14:00. If you arrive earlier and your room type is available, they may allow you check in. Otherwise, you need to wait until the room is available. In this case, you can store your luggage at the front desk and head out to explore the city. If you wish to have a certain early check in, we can book an extra night for you at the same hotel.
Do you suggest we book our own travel insurance before travelling to Malaysia?
Yes, we suggest you book your own travel insurance with your local travel insurance company before you leave for the tour.
Can we have special requirements for meals?
We always try our best to meet clients’ special dietary requirements, but in some remote areas it will be a bit difficult to guarantee this. Hope for your kind understandings.
