2. Yak/Horse Festival and Local Naadam Festival are usually held in late July, but the certain dates for 2026 are still unknown yet. If you are interested in those festivals, be sure to check the specific time before departure so as to better arrange your schedule.

3. July is the peak travel season in Karakorum and the prices for air tickets, hotels and car rental are higher. You had better book them as early as possible once your schedule is settled down.
