February is the winter season in Mumbai. But located in tropical zone, it is not cold at all, but cool and comfortable, so it is also called Cool Season. The average temperature goes ups and downs between 18 and 31°C (64-88°F); and the temperature between day and night vary tremendously. Tourists need to pay attention to temperature difference and dress appropriately according to the changes.
