Patolleanchem Feast: This is a local festival organized by Socorro Socio Art and cultural association. Performance of local artists and the local fair greatly reflect Goan culture.
World Goa Day: The most awaited festival of Goa and it is celebrated on 20th August each year. In an amazing Goa weather in August, all the Goans across the world come together to celebrate their rich culture while various Goan cuisines, traditions, and music can be seen on this day.
Tip: Goa climate in August still falls under monsoon, so avoid going into water due to high tides.
