1. Mount Kenya National Park

In the early March, if you plan to do some outdoor activities, Mount Kenya National Park will be a good choice. The summit of Mount Kenya, which is the highest peak in Kenya, will be warmer in March than in previous months. The park is famous for its abundant diversity of unique mountain and alpine vegetation and the alpine forests of this park nourish mammals like elephants, cape buffaloes, leopards and antelopes. One of the charms of the mountain is that as the elevation changes, so does the flora and fauna. They are all waiting to be discovered as you climb the mountain. To cope with the low temperature of the mountain up high, take warm clothes with you.

2. Lake Bogoria

Lake Bogoria is a scenic habitat of flamingos, and April is their breeding season, you may see male flamingos attracting the attention of the opposite sex with their bright feathers or clever dances. The best birdwatching time here is in the morning and evening. Lake Bogoria is relatively less crowded and the lake is quieter, making it a good place to take photos. In addition, Lake Bogoria has more than 200 geothermal fountains and 17 geysers, the most in Africa and some of which are still active.
